    1. Only the first time. Maybe it’s like getting a different kind of skin on the fingertips after cooking so long : ) [(I tell my daughter “Careful that’s hot, use this!” and she’s like “Why don’t you?” and I am like, Child. These hands have been through all of that already and she rolls her eyes: ) ]
