  1. Beautifully read. Am I a blind old fool? Wait, don’t answer that.

    When was this announced/released?

    And… Congrats!

    1. Thank you, Michael. I’m planning to release excerpts gradually, now that it’s been out for a bit. I have a strong aversion to promotions, but like to share. : )

      1. I know how you feel about self-promotion. I have my own aversions to it 😉

Regardless, it was great to hear and see. <3

For some reason, I thought you had a noticeable southern accent. Not apparent here. Congrats on having your book published. Didn’t know about that.

    1. That’s funny, Jeff! I’d love one of those, but as I grew up in NY I never quite took up w/ one. My Grandma had an awesome lilting cadence that I can’t identify regionally, but it’s my favorite voice. Thanks for this!

Strange. I wonder where I got that. I envisioned you living in Tennessee or Arkansas for years. Once I posted a podcast and a British blogger wrote, ‘huh, I never imagined you with an accent, before’ I didn’t point out to her that as a British person *she’s* the one with the accent. 🤣

      2. That’s delightful! My time (brief though it was) in that region (Tennessee and Appalachian Kentucky) inspired many characters and images, so I’m chuffed if some of that comes through subliminally : )
