It is something, isn’t it, to reach the end of a day and count the moments that one’s life is spared, and perhaps something else to start the day with such a list, considering all the excellent reasons there were, after all, for not having anything to begin, ever again.
Meditation for Beginners
Considering another sunrise.

Amen to that. Anytime seems a good time to discover meditation and anytime we do, it seems it’s the perfect time we did.
That’s a stunning photograph, Stacey. I used to meditate regularly (as in twice a day) – it really did help me retain an element of peace in my mind and my body, too. Considering I benefited from it so much, I ought to start practising again. The problem is, at the moment, I’m stressed to the max with all the goings-on at my house. Probably no better time to recommence my practice. I must be firm with myself. Xx 🌞
Ellie! I hope you will stop to have some tea with Peanut during this stress! : ) I’m terrible at the “formal” practice myself, but the cat’s a good teacher, I find.
