Light Sickness

Unprotected by shadow.

blurry picture of green trees

Madness is vision unregulated,

constant sight without ceasing.

Revelation without the refreshment

of blindness can only debilitate.

The continuity is unbearable.

To love and lose, again and again.

And yet, we madly want

this madness.

    1. Alex, thank you. All credit to this thought goes to Blanchot. I am just an interpreter this morning. Wishing you a great day!

      1. But isn’t that what art is, an interpretation? Seeing things just one percent difference sets a corse that ends in a wildly different place than we’re we started.
